Arthur Young has been called the the greatest scientific genius since Einstein. Young said consciousness and spirit is the primary reality of quantum-consciousness. The quantum is consciousness and spirit is the quantum of action. Young developed a cosmology which has the Photon as the ultimate constituent of reality. He says the Photon makes choices and is intrinsically purposeful. Young points out that the Photon is beyond time and space because it travels at the speed of light and at speed time ceases to exist, and since a Photon can travel across space without any energy, it is also beyond space.

Not only is the Photon beyond Time and Space it has no mass.It is pure action, purposeful, creative, and free in all dimensions. This says Young, "is as good a definition of Spirit that you could hope for from science."

Young's cosmology seems to me to be the best explanation I have heard so far of Ultimate Reality. It is definitely worth studying in depth on his home page.

In addition to being a philosopher/physicist/cosmologist/business consultant, Young invented the Bell Helicopter, the first licensed helicopter.
